After graduating NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Drama, Kayla decided to follow her passion for fitness. Her goal is to inspire other young professionals to lead their healthiest and happiest life through fitness and self improvement.
She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and completed her 200-hour Yoga certification at Yoga Vida. Her fitness blog, Kayla in the City, was recently featured on Teen Vogue.
Currently Kayla is in grad school studying Social Media and Mobile Marketing. Yes that's a really thing.
More often than not you can find her sweating it out in a group fitness class or swinging through the air on the flying trapeze. Seriously.
Leslie McDonald is a Board Certified Health Coach with the American Association for Drugless Practitioners (AADP) after receiving the training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is also Reiki II certified and holds a BA and MSPC degree from Clark University.
Her approach to wellness isn't just about focusing on the foods you eat, but also looking at the relationships you have, your career choices and your physical activity.
You can find her most mornings working out before the sun rises, at home cooking with her husband, at the dog park with her rescue dog, Sadie, or starting the day with a green smoothie in one hand and dark chocolate in the other.
